what do you fuks think would make the best option(s) for this ride?

I made up my own plan

5 meals a day, really 3 meals with morning snack and afternoon snack.

Less than 2000 calories a day. I’ve been averaging 1600 but will likely up that to 2000 when I start exercising.

No refined flours or white rice.

No processed foods. Only the stuff from the outside of the grocery store.

Nothing to drink but water and orange juice. No milk, soda, lemonade, beer, etc…
